Cafe Valer was great. I ordered a turkey club I believe it was about 12 dollars, it was a few days ago so I forgot. They have... indoor as well as outdoor seating. My friend's and I decided to sit outdoor and enjoy the air. The turkey club came out at areasonable time and it was really good. I especially like the sourdough bread. The cashier and server who brought our did werekind and courteous. I'm honestly suprised I've never been there before. My friend's told me that Cafe Valer had been here formore than a decade? I'd love to get the turkey club again the next time I go to the mall. Read more
Really good food. I didn't expect the Chipotle chicken wrap to have beans and rice.
This place is great! Good food choices. You can have a healthy protein bowl, or splurge and get a sweet treat. Food tastes fresh... and not pre-prepared. Everyone of their staff was genuinely friendly and seems to enjoy working there. We?ll definitely be backfor a healthy meal next time we?re in town! Read more

Great paninis, amazing coffee. I've been coming here for a couple years and every time I do the food tastes great and the coffee... is fresh. They've been open through the pandemic for to-go orders, and they currently have tables outside for patio seating(though it is limited). This cafe is always busy for good reason and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.It islocated right next to the mall entrance, by the parking structure, so if you are wary of being indoors you can always enterthrough their patio door. Great food. The panini was good and the iced mocha, too. The pickup line can get confusing with the ordering line when crowded,... a bit messy. I think it's a great place if you're looking for something different than the average sandwich experience. Read more
I found this little hidden gem when I was just looking for some coffee! And I love the fact that they were so warm & welcoming!... After a couple visits, I was hooked! You can't go wrong with a cafe that has everything that's made fresh to order! I wouldhighly suggest getting the cookies because they're baked first thing in the morning! And since my diet is extremely strict &they were so friendly & patient to all my questions/ request. The coffee is delicious! Tastes freshly brewed every time! I wouldhighly suggest paying them a visit! Been coming here for 10+ years. Love it! Literally the hidden coffee gem of West Covina. If you don't have time to wait, order a... head. But if it's lunch hour, forget it. Just get there ASAP. This place is a HUGE difference to your other franchise coffeeplaces (i.e Starbucks, Coffee Bean, etc). Coffee here isn't burnt or over priced. Be weary of their food.
