Small and dry, old meats ! When you walk into this restaurant, please don't be fooled by a lot of fresh chicken, which are... still being cooked on the grill, since they are not going to serve you with those chickens, not looking like that, or tastinglike that! I ordered a three pieces of chicken plate: when I was asked which parts of the meat that I prefer, I told the femalestaff that I don't want to have breast meat, but legs and thighs only. However, when I looked at my dish, there was a verysmall and very dry piece of breast meat, laying right there; plus two very small pieces of equally dry and old thigh and legs. Ididn't want to get up and change the meat, since I thought that they were equally bad. I seldom come to eat in this restaurant, since I had bad, similar experience in the long past. Instead of spending over $35 today, we only spent 6 dollars. their app said that I have to order thru the phone for a discount... but their employees there did not show us how to pick the right items. Their application do not offer the same deal as in store. I wonder why?? Read more
We are regular customers of this El Pollo Loco. It seems they forget something at least every other visit. Sometimes it's the... tortillas, the next time it might be the salad dressing. Recently a burrito was missing. I caught that before leaving theparking lot. The food quality is fine and the staff are pleasant. They just need to work on getting the order right. Read more

Best place to stop by and have a birthday dinner after bowling at Bowleros. 1 family deal from the app and 2 large family meals... worked perfect and we still came in at half of the cost of a bowling birthday package. Great food and all the staff wasaccommodating, especially Evelyn. Read more
I come here all the time despite many messed up orders and the stinginess with the salsa. Today I came here for a quick meal... before I have to go into work only to see that the drive thru was closed. Totally fine! I parked my car to go inside only to bemet with a locked door and an employee blankly staring at me. A lady standing outside told me they refused to communicate withher and shook their finger ?NO? at her when she gestured if she could come inside.
