Today 11/22/22 I was invited to Islands for the first time in West Covina. A group of 17 people. I was excited it smelled... delicious as I walked up. So when our planner called to make a reservation the person on the phone said 1st come 1st serve. Sohere we are half the group does not have a table. This is not a good 1st impression. As long as I been sitting out here not oncehas the manager come to see if everything is ok. So this is all I ate. I expect a table to have lunch at a restaurant not achair. And the chair no one provided one of the girls went to grab it. Not sure what the Islands chain has to say about this.This is the West Covina location, located on Barranca Ave. Read more

Islands has amazing truffle fries. Their burgers are pretty good. I don't really like burgers but this is one of the few places... that I will get a burger. They're shakes are pretty good too. Honestly islands is pretty awesome all around. This location isnever too crazy busy. The service so far has been great. Read more
Stopped in for some Angles V Mets baseball game, had a few beers, burger & fries. Great staff and great entertainment.

Normally I would NEVER give a bad review.. but I'm hoping this will help the restaurant. The food was very bland, overcooked and... took forever to come out. I have to say, I've eaten at the Islands in Long Beach, and it was AMAZING! So I was reallydisappointed here. Especially because I hyped it up to my family and it was their first time here.
