First time eating inside and the service was great! He was super attentive. The complimentary bread and butter were delicious!... Yes you can ask for more. The drinks came quick and highly recommend it! It’s also a decent size with refills. Appetizers:The onion rings were okay. There was more batter than the onions for my liking so I can taste all the oil but the sauce wasgood. The bbq nachos were pretty good. You can pick the type of meat you want on it! Entree: we got the 3 meat combo. Youcannot go wrong with their meats and sides. I was hesitate of the chicken but everyone told me it’s juicy and not dry likeother places. They were right! Ribs were delicious! Pulled pork could’ve used a bit more sauce but it was still delicious. Ipaired it with the complimentary bread. The meats were all juicy and tender. Their portions are big! I underestimated and endedup taking food back home. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re craving some barbecue. Their pricing is also fair. Love it the food is amazing perfect. First time I will eat here again... our server ( sorry I forgot her name) she's awesome... ???????? she make sure that we are happy and if we needed anything also the Manager was awesome we saw that he was there forhis employees. It was $50 exact for my mom and I (including tax and tips). We had a small appetite for this meal because it was mid, had to... take about half to go. Service: 9/10 The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the service takes a bit long eventhough there were not many customers there at 2pm. Cleanliness: 6/10 We sat at a booth, the table and seats looked clean butthe forks and plate looked questionable. Atmosphere: 8/10 Awesome design! It’s a very cozy place, even the waiting room isvery comfortable. Food: 4/10 Unfortunately it did not taste as good as I expected. I had really high hopes for the BBQ lunchcombo. Pulled pork: 3/10 Could not find anything special about this pulled pork. It was greasy and bland. There’s not muchflavor other than the sauce on top. Thankfully we had bottles of barbecue sauce at our table. Brisket: 5/10 It could use a lotmore moisture and seasoning. Once again, thank you sauce. St. Louis Ribs: 7/10 I liked it! Not the best ribs I’ve EVER hadbut it was good. Mac and cheese: 7/10 Solid mac and cheese, not soggy Garlic mashed potatoes: 2/10 Needs moregarlic! I was there for an informational meeting by the Neptune Society at 2pm. It was slow (past the lunch rush and before the dinner... rush). Service was very good, friendly, not pushy and the food (pulled pork sandwich w/fries) was good. Their Original bbq saucehad a slight bite to it but was very good. I rarely ever give 5 Stars and if I come back here more I might give them 5 Stars.The place was clean, neat and the staff friendly and professional. A few of the staff were wearing masks and the others werenot. They have a patio that is enclosed and you can take your dog to the patio (dog friendly). I would have given 5 stars if not for the waiting time. This is a very nice smokehouse that gives you great taste of ribs. They... also have kids menu. The steak is too wet or watery. The staffs are nice and helpful. However the wait time can be 1 to 2 hours.Also, they don't take reservation. So, it's not a resto for you to meet friends with an exact time frame because you won't getin right away. Read more
The food was good and very flavorful. The portions were adequate and priced accordingly. The 1/4 chicken was excellent. However,... the baby back ribs were a bit dry and tough. The biscuits, which, are normally a little warm we’re extremely hard. We broughtthis to our server’s (Norma), attention and she immediately brought us fresh biscuits. A big part of one’s dining experienceis the customer service aspect. I’d like to recognize Norma for her attentiveness and genuine interest in making our diningexperience an enjoyable one. I’d ask that should be recognized by management in some fashion for her work. Read more
