Norms these days is really lukewarm or miss with a lot more misses. It was so much better years back. I think the food quality... is worse now, portions are smaller, staff is always short, and more rude. It isn?t one thing, but everything that hasunfortunately turned a great diner that we went to twice a week into a no go now. The waiter, Reymundo was slow. At the time I placed my order I asked for extra butter. After he brought my food he didn't bring... the butter. Had to ask again. When he delivered the butter he took off. I had to flag him down for the Syrup. Just poorservice. Read more

The manager Dixie is extremely rude , my daughter got food poisoning and Dixie gave me the wrong number to corporate. My... daughter has been to the hospital since this incident and yes after speaking to Dixie my other children and myself got it .Dixie said since no other customers complained she wasn?t gonna basically worry about it .Dixie needs three more people tocomplain about it before she does anything about it. I didn?t ask to be refunded I just making her aware the food and her waiterwas unpleasant. My daughter got clam chowder and traded it for gumbo because the claim chowder was tangy . It was the mashpotatoes that made her sick , my husband said same thing he tasted them . Instead of us being rude asking for something elseagain we chucked it up as lost but alarmed the smart mouth manager . Actually, this place was so yummy. I had the garlic chicken. My husband had the chicken and waffles and my daughter had the... Steak with green beans. However, they inadvertently gave her shrimp. She doesn't like ???? at all. So I got to have a tasteof her shrimp and it was delicious! Actually, I got to have a taste of all 3 plates and they were all very good. The waffle wascrispy, not soggy like a pancake. My garlic mushroom chicken was so delicious my husband ate it. The steak was actually reallygood quality steak. The server, I really wish I got her name was so attentive. The manager also was very attentive. We didn'tdessert but a long time ago they had a banana with caramel drizzled over it for dessert. Horrible experience got the wrong food I asked for pork chop, eggs, fries got completely something else and sirloin, eggs, some... random potatoes when I asked for hashbrowns. I got a small amount of scramble eggs that a small child can eat. Spent like 32bucks for this no way . Read more
It was thanks giving and it was late and the food was outstanding on point hats off to the chef thanks for being out here... cooking for your community instead of being with your families and friends. We are bachelor's. We're not going to bake aturkey. Let's just put that out there... So lucky norms gets us and was open.... I'm thankful for that... Read more
