I w2ill never eat at this pizza hut again. I order wings for my son - First time my wings were raw next time they made my medium... wings very very hot - i took the wings and asked for new ones and they manager would not correct the situation offering me a5.00 credit for wings that I took back to the store with all but 1 piece stating they used the wrong sauce - the manager that Ihad to wait 15 minutes for - told me that I was wrong and also told me since I had a bad experience last time and a badexperience this time to never come back. They don't put garlic butter on the crust anymore.. I did not know until I arrived to pick it up. I didn't want the pizza... anymore and I still had to take it. If all of pizza hut is doing the non garlic butter. Im not buying anymore and im letting mypizza hut lovers know and they will not be happy either!! Read more
I indicated that I wanted a curbside /contactless pickup and even called to let them know I was there. The employees never came... out and 25 minutes later I went inside to see that my pizza was just sitting there and that they had no intentions on bringingit to my car. Very disappointed in the customer service and poor attitudes of the employees. Read more
I was able to order 1/2 and 1/2 pizza the way I wanted it and the Curbside service was great. I drive up and the app lets you... tell them where you want the pizza - tail gate, passenger window, back seat window. It was great Read more
Your pizza quality did the work for you. I had family over for game night and they had stated they stopped purchasing Pizza Hut... because of how disgusting it was with all the grease. That was about 15yrs ago. They enjoyed it so much they stated they willgive Pizza Hut another chance. Read more
I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza light sauce no cheese since my little one can?t eat cheese. Then the pizza came out burned. I... guessed it because no cheese so caused burned. The guy at cashier desk was very kindly apologized and said will make a newone. Since we wait too long, and my kids saw the burned pizza already so she really wants yo eat it. They guys was said if youwant you can have it. And while we waiting the new one, my girl almost finished whole burned pizza. She picked the burnedpepperoni on the said and enjoyed her pizza. Then the guy brought out a large pepperoni with 3 dipping sauce and keep apologizefor my time to wait. While we wait my kids spilled water and the girl came to helped mopping. The guy who has pretty pink purplehair was nice and kindly answered my kids questions about hair color. This store really got someone sweet and nice. They reallyrespect their customer.
