Cashier /server was attentive. They went out and say I am just waiting for fettuccine, and they made sure to let you know they... are aware you are waiting. Then they thanked you for your patience. May be simple words but that is customer service in a higherlevel. You are never ignored and to top it all, the food is sooooo delish, fresh. Good job Round Table, having the rightemployees at fore front makes the difference. I had an issue that I wanted to bring to the managers attention. I asked to speak to the manager and a woman walked to the back... and came back and said ?You can speak to me? I indicated I would like to speak to the manager. Then, with an attitude she said?well he is not here you can speak to me? That made me a bit upset as a customer. I said what?s his name and at first she wasevasive. I asked again what the mangers name was and she said ?his name is Tito? I did not appreciate her tone. I asked her nameshe said?Veronica? I said okay and sat down. I did not feel comfortable with the conversation, so I was on my way back to thefront and a girl that was not present during my exchange with Veronica asked me ? is everything I Kay? I said ?why are youasking me that? She said ?I just want to know? that lead me to believe I was being spoken about in the back which I did notappreciate. She walked away. I then went back to the counter to confirm who the manager was and the girl just kept saying he isnot here totally ignoring my question. She walked to the back and then Veronica came back out and I asked her why did the girlnot confirm who the manager was? She said? I don?t know? That just made me feel like the manager was in the back and avoiding aconversation. I left my number for the manager. Let?s see if I actual speak with him.
