The West Covina Sizzler is the best. It is well managed, clean, in good repair, and the food is always excellent. We've had... Nicole, Jay, and Venus as our servers. They are all friendly, attentive, and great at checking on us. I like that they have youcut into your steak to ensure it's cooked to your liking. Refills and requests are always prompt. This Sizzler has such warm andcaring staff all around. The food is always cooked to perfection and exactly as requested. Great value. The steak and salad bar were delicious. The Malibu chicken has definitely gone down hill. The garlic bread was still very yummy.... The soup was ok. The staff was nice and the location was clean. The ribeye and sirloin were cooked perfectly. Ten out of ten totally recommend. Read more
We originally had a party of 30 for Sunday 10/9 the manager was great and trying his best to sit us together. The morning of,... our party went down to 20, then at the time of our gathering it went down to 8. We decided to sit in there patio. They have anice patio. We were glad to sit in their patio. We were able to be out loud selves. Nicole our server was great. She kept comingback to check on us. Kept us loaded with drink, plates, bowles, napkins and that delicious cheese toast. Sizzler is just awesome. The environment is very cozy and homely, like a log cabin. The service is amazing and the food is... great. BTW they brought wings back to the salad bar which is totally awesome. Read more
Everything was great haven't been in a Sizzler in years, but was not disappointed, really enjoyed our meals, we probably ordered... more than we should've by adding the salad bar to our meals and the bar no longer having chicken wings (but nuggets instead)other than that food was delicious, and our waitress was Great !!!! I haven?t been to a Sizzlers in a very long time and this was my first time back. I had a steak and loaded potato with a side... salad. It surprised me with the flavors the steak had and it was cooked exactly how I like it. The potato was okay, a littleundercooked but it didn?t kill the dish. The prices and service are great and I wondered to myself why I haven?t been back. Read more
Kind, friendly, courteous, very attentive. Especially Phil, how he worked well with LADY co-wker. Phil's fellow waiter, ( did... bang up job) that took care of our needs before his shift was up. Delicious food. Very pleased with Rib eye steak, juicy,excellent flavor. My medium rare was PERFECT. Cooked to perfection. Delicious mushrooms. Were Happy Campers!
