Bare bones. No visible bathroom. Customer service was fine. My order was fine. But the actual facility was a bit of a let down.
Open to the Starbucks probably 50 times it's not one of my favorite ones the drive-thru is very hard to get in and out of it's... very dangerous because it's next to a mall but when we went there yesterday they weren't friendly at all it was just you knowhere's your drink take the money close the window here's your next drink bye see you later they're not that busy because there'snot enough parking to be that busy the drive-thru wasn't busy so I can only assume they were in there talking and not talking uptheir customers. Orderd an iced tea, this is what I got. This picture makes it look darker than it is. No tea just yellow water with a ton of... ice. This is not the first time this had happened at this location. Read more
Very unfortunate this locations lobby is closed. Had to use the drivethru and it was surprisingly pretty fast. Got my usual Iced... blended Java chip Frappuccino and it was good. Staff was griendly and service was good. I would recommend stopping by thislocation for fast and friendly service. Read more
everything tastes as expected. it?s starbucks. i?m just upset that they didn?t follow my instructions on my order. i asked for... no cheese on the sandwich and i know i did because it?s written on the ticket. my mom?s lactose intolerant and we were takingthe bus to get around for the morning, so it?s not convenient or easy to go back and tell them that a mistake was made. I basically always do mobile ordering now, it's less stressful. I ordered a few minutes before I arrived at the store via... walking. The drive-thru was busy and it looked like they were training someone - that being said - they got my order completedin about 10 minutes. It's not a big Starbucks and all of the tables were filled. This Starbucks are great. The customer service is wonderful. They treat you respectfullu and understand your need or request.... Although it's small and no dine-in available, the atmosphere is really cozy in here. The down side is the Drive-thru. The thetraffic for the Drive-thru is crossing with the incoming traffic from the street. This makes it quite dangerous for drivers toyield and to pass through. Read more
