Back then, I used to think this fast food chain was more unique or higher up on customer service than some other popular brands.... However, the more I visited them in recent years, the more disappointed I felt, especially like this location. I dropped by inthe late afternoon yesterday to pick up some online order, the dining area was almost deserted, one could tell the unwelcomevibe. The lady who looked like the manger, handling the register didn?t acknowledge and even bother to say hello, let alone therest of the staff just miring in the background, like muted robots. I really enjoyed the hot honey chicken sandwich here. The food items here that contain bacon here is delicious. I am glad that... they offer regular and spicy chicken nuggets here with the choices of barbecue sauce, ranch, sweet and sour or honey mustardsauces for dipping. The chilli here is good too with the salads and tortilla chips for dipping into the chilli bean and carne. Read more
I'm sad to say inside the restaurant is not clean at all tables were dirty, Flys are everywhere even on the toilets. It made it... uncomfortable to eat there. Please fix the fly problem!! Read more

They just can not seem to get it right. Went through drive thru on 2 separate occasions. Both times the order was screwed up.... Third time we said let's go inside and place our order. Still the order was screwed up, we were order charged as well. Mind youthis, these were not any custom order. These were items straight off their posted menu. The third and final visit the managerhad an attitude for something they did wrong. As we can see they are in business just to take your money. Regardless of yoursatisfaction and not getting what you paid for. We reached out on every visit for a call from their management team. Like westated previously they do not care. We never heard from anyone. Just trying to get answers for their continuous screw ups andlack of concern. I guess that's why they handle food and money at the same time. Read more
Finally got to try Wendy's and I am not disappointed. Single barbecue cheeseburger was very good, not too big and not to greasy.... Chocolate frosty was good, but the medium was maybe a little bit on the big side for me as a European. Which obviously doesn'thave to be a bad thing :) Overall very pleased with my first Wendy's meal, will definitely come back here. Read more
