My order is beef with vegi, the beef is hard I can't even bite it or chew either. Cashier is unfriendly to Customer. Hopefully... next visit is better if not I'm probably stop eat at Yoshida in West Covina. Read more

I'm a Yoshinoya fanatic and love their combo plate with two entries rice and veggies and i always get excellent food and service... and never had a complaint but what i got today it totally shocked me Beef and teriyaki chicken not cooked and the potatoesburned and hard as a rock to chew with a very unpleasant taste. I will add pictures. Im not looking for compensation oranything like that. I love Yoshinoya and hope this is a one time experience that i know will soon forget all about it. This is a regular Yoshinoya with good service and hot food. The place was empty so order to table was only a few minutes. Only... 4 of 5 because it cost more than $10 for lunch. I didn't have a coupon which would have made it around $8. Read more
Place is clean but customer service was kind of bad. It took about 15 to 20 minutes for my order. Plus the meat for the combo... bowl was ridiculous. Their portions for their meat is small! And lastly, I ordered to go and they didn't even put napkins andforks. Read more
