Took an hour to get one pretzel. The workers seem careless and a girl kept whispering under her breath about how much she hated... her job and kept complaining about the amount of costumers that kept coming. Unfortunately I was visiting DesMoines on Saturday August 20th and chose to eat at this location. Now I?m not in the restaurant... business but I do know business very well. This particular day I notice all but one (1) employee working cussing, saying stuffunder their breath, carelessly and not with effort completing task. I could tell that everyone working, was working because theyhad to and not because they want to. Even with that statement being said they barely acted like they had to have the job. Nocommunication skills, no customer service skills, no organization to keep up with a (small) line. Excuses were made. I?mdisappointed in the organization and service of this place. Many things I would change as well as set in place to make surecustomers leave with the impression of coming back. Read more

They?re almost always low on variety. Pretzels are typically good. Very nice and friendly lady at the register during lunch time... today but there was another gal with bright red hair that was preparing pretzels with one hand and was having a full on speakerphone conversation with the other right there in front of all the customers. Closed literally an hour early.. waited in a long line just to find out they had one jalapeño pretzel because they chose to... close early and I was in line for my daughter. Kids there literally said they decided to close an hour early. Shows thedifference in worth ethic from when I was young.. SMH started snapping at a customer to get his attention instead of just sayinghere's your lemon aid sir.. really not impressed smh.. Read more

Very very disappointed. I went to the Jordan creek location 3 hours before supposed closing time and was told they only had two... pretzels left of some weird variety. When I asked if they were making more because closing time isn't supposed to be for another3 hours I was told no. Very disappointed that you don't have enough pretzels to even make it close to closing time or that yourworkers don't make more when they know they are running low and closing time is still several hours away. I just want to shoutout the TWO employees working 12/23 at approximately 12PM. Customers were absolutely rude and impatient with... your employees. They need to be paid more. If I were them, I would have walked out and quit on the spot. They deserve a holidaybonus for managing the huge lines from the holiday shopping and still keeping a good attitude! I told the guy merry Christmasafterwards and he was still kind and happy. Pretzels were still amazing and chewy. These employees deserve better. Extremelyhard working and do well under pressure. BRAVO!! Shame on the franchise for paying so poorly. Read more

This store is always consistent with their items they serve. We've never had a bad experience. It is a little pricey, but, hey,... it is the mall after all. The cheese sauce is not good, however. I love all things cheese and this is the most processed cheeseitem I've ever consumed. Stay away, it's just bad. Read more
