Terrible experience at this location. Had a to-go order and when we opened the bag at home, all of the wings were burnt. After... tasting a few, they were chewy, rubbery, and flavorless (besides the burnt flavor). After calling 7 different times and beingdisconnected from no one being able to answer the phone, I finally reached someone to ask for a refund. The worker who answeredwas pleasant and apologetic, while she informed me that they have been having problems with the freezers for the wings. Verydisappointed all the way around! Burger and boneless wings were good. Fries were uninteresting. Understaffed slow service. More alarmingly I was given an... outdated menu (there were several lying around I checked) and they stole $1.70 from me according to the price I was shown. Read more

The most sub-par experience I've ever had. No employees were rude but they also didn't care enough to put effort into their... service. The hostess greeted us as we entered then proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes stocking a fridge while we waitedpatiently to be sat. After we were sat, our server got my drink order wrong which I initially shrugged off. Eventually, wenoticed that two tables who were seated after us got their food orders before we did (one table of 5 young men and one tablewhich was a couple) and we're able to pay and leave before us as a result. Our food also came out late and was obviously sittingunder a heat lamp for a while. My wings still tasted fine despite being a bit dry but my wife's burger wasn't as fresh as itcould have been. I once gave this establishment 5 stars. Forgot that review.... This place has gone down hill. You wait and wait for a beer... while the bartender just stands there. You hear excuses for the delay and your food will come out late and never together. Sad. Hit up the grocery store for chick strips, sauce and drink. You'll save money, time and have a decent meal. Got seated immediately. Our server was very pleasant and had a smile. Orders were taken and served. My only issue was that our... food did not come out at the same time and initially brought my wife's order out wrong. Picked up my food.. wings were old. I showed him and the worked said ?Oh God, yes let me get you new wings?. Came back 1 minute... later and I check the food SAME WINGS. I said ?those are the same wings.. just with more sauce added?.. I pulled one apart andfelt with my finger COLD and HARD. He had nothing to say but looked more in shock I called them out for reserving my the samebatch. Like come on.. I ordered 50+ dollars worth of food and give this company good service and tips. Thank god I decided towait and tip this time until after I checked my food. I said no but I want a refund I won?t pay for old food.. he then said hecouldn?t give me a refund then but took down my information and I would see in 3-5 business day.. BUT HAD NOTHING TO GIVE ME ASCONFIRMATION!! Sketchy if you as me.. any other refund I?ve ever gotten was on spot or had proof of pending refund. Thislocation use to be great.. This was by far the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been too. Excellent food and great service. Thanks to the server Tobias on May... 23 2022 7pm-8pm We both enjoyed being there. You were literally the only employee we saw that night actually working. The restwith few exceptions were sitting around playing on their phones. This will be our go to Buffalo Wild Wings from mow on. It'smuch better than the other one in Des Moines we went to twice. We got our food in about 14minutes and it was correct anddelicious. They were short on help it took them awhile to get me my food one of the cooks burnt it the first time and they had to make me a... fresh batch of food They didn't serve me the overcooked batch but thats what my waitress told me. it took them so long to bringme my food they were nice and gave me my meal for free.
