I would have expected better food even if it was from McDonald's. Claims to be the best cheesesteak in the world, and... legitimately tastes like they bought Great Value frozen Philly, boiled it, and then slapped toppings and cheese on it. Didn'teven leave it on the grill long enough to soften the peppers/onions, let alone sautee them. I would have been much lessdisappointed if they didn't claim to be the world's best. Read more

I went there with my family to get our dinner. I noticed that stuff over there were changed but i did not care. So. I order our... dinner. Unfortunately, they served a precooked food for us which was cold. We did not find that until we got out of the line andset in the food court. So, I returned back to them to ask for a hot fresh food. The manager spoke with me and he denied cookinga new food for us. So, I asked him to pay for another order and let them cook a new ones for us; he denied that also and he toldme "time now is 07:02 pm and the resturant close at 07:00 pm". I called their home office to figure that and let them know. Theytold me that they are going to do investigation and call me back. Till now, ten days gone and no one contact me back. So, Idon't recommend any body to go there. We are paying them to get a good full service which you couldn't find there. Read more

Visited the Jordan Creek Mall location over the lunch hour with my wife. They put the wrong meat/cheese on the wrong bread and... instead of providing fresh bread just flopped ingredients from one to the other. Generally this wouldnt be an issue other thanthe fact one was chicken and one was beef and there was remnants of the beef in her chicken philly. This was followed up by themjust slopping on her add on items (lettuce/ect.) with minimal effort/presentation. I was super excited about my strawberrylemonade which just had a pump of flavoring in the bottom which wasnt even mixed up. Needless to say there was no effort / customer service put into anything, so will take my business somewhere they at least try a bit. My beef philly tasted fine andmy wife has had positive experience before, so maybe they were just having an off day? Not blaming employees but they were alsoout of french fries and small hand written sign was in front of register stating this. Had we seen this sign prior to waiting inline we probably wouldnt have eaten here. Read more

Luckily they're getting two stars. First I ordered TWO California chicken phillies plain, small, with a small fry. I pay and... after waiting for a normal time, I get handed ONE regular California with a regular fry. I was charged for something I didn'torder, but paid for regular sub and fry after I specifically said SMALL. So now I had to go back through the line because thesewere for my kids to eat. My one child said it was okay since I already paid. My other child said it was okay to wait for theirs,so I went through the line again. Since I paid for a regular, I had to get a regular for my other child. I also ordered thatplain. When we get back to our house, our first order had peppers on it. Our second order had mayonnaise on it. My kids haveALLERGIES and cannot eat certain foods. I spent over $11 PER MEAL for my kids to not be able to eat what they wanted. I wouldgive you ZERO stars for your service, listening skills, and ability to follow a simple direction. You only get two stars becausethey at least got to enjoy their fries. The sandwiches were well done. And the sample I had in the past were very good. It's enjoyable to watch them make food. The cost... was a little high but within reason. They had a strawberry lemonade last time I was there that is worth getting. Read more

Sorry Charley, your sandwich does not live up to your hype. I've been to Philly and this ain't that. The meat lacked... seasoning and the added pickle didn't help. I might return for your gourmet fries and other menu options. Read more
