Came in on a Sunday with my dad, we were rushed in and out. Shirt girl with dark hair, fake tan & lash extensions was super... rude. You?re not so important that you can?t be kind. I had to literally butter my own bagel. Girl tells me "its new butter" I'm sorry do you want butter on side?? $15. An hour... can you at least train them to butter a bagel please. Forget the fact but you have a minimal don't selection and of course theydidn't hear coffee so had to ask 3x and pay again. It's not hard girls. Went out of my way to go to DD for an iced coffee and donut. When I asked for a frozen coffee with almond milk, which is an... option on the menu, I was told by the guy at the counter that he couldn?t make that bec it?s an allergen and he?d have to cleanout his whole machine. If that?s the case, then why is it an ?option?? In addition, I came twice last week and had no problemwith my order. So?did I pay for an not get the almond milk last week? Out of half of the donuts I ordered online prior to even arriving at the store. Take the option offline if you don?t have them... or can?t keep up making them. The guy in front of me was also told they were out of the ones he had ordered. This was at 9:00am.How are we out of long johns, a crowd favorite by 9am. Frustrated. Read more
Sadly have been here before and loved the caramel latte. Today went through drive through, I asked for a hot half calf Carmel... latte and they had it iced. After an eye roll from the gal at the window came back and put my order sticker on a maybe decaf?Regular coffee. Wasted 4 bucks on a regular coffee and I can?t be certain if there is caffeine or not. Tried to order a Box O Joe and the girl who took my order said she would take a half hr to make it that if I really, really... wanted to wait for it bc it was to much work for her to put it all together ... cups and the other stuff she said, and that Ineeded to park and come inside for it. So I called to make a Box O Joe order giving them time so I could go pick it up, and shesaid to order it on line, I explained that I tried and couldn't, and is why I was calling, she said she couldn't do it, anddidn't know how, so I asked to speak with another employee to see if the knew how to take my order, she said the other girldidn't know how either, then she said she maybe could take the order but I would need to pick it up the next day when obviouslyI wanted the coffer the same day I was calling, not the day after.
