It's been some time since I have had the pleasure of dining in West Des Moines, and when it comes to Mexican food, I've always... had a love for it. And Fiesta Mexican Rest is a grand place to enjoy some good grub with a good atmosphere and good staff whoare more then happy to help however they can! First, impressions of the restaurant itself. It's clean and feels like home in asense that you walk into a room of family faces, wonderful smelling food, and normally there is sports on the tv and nice musicon in the background. The staff are quick to get your order and quicker to deliver, and don't miss a beat when it comes togiving you quality service. But then there is the food, the most important part am I right? The food was a knockout. Aside fromthe hot and fresh chips and the yummy salsa that you get at the beginning, you can also get any type of drink available. I gotmellow yellow because I need to drive home tonight but I have heard great things about the margaritas. Now I ordered the combo,which you may build your own, and I got the Taco Supreme with chicken, Carne Asade Burrito, and the Beef Enchilada with friesand Spanish rice. Every bit of eating this was amazing! The flavors of the meat and sauce that was paired with it all wassublime and worth the wait and the price. To be fair, $25 dollars for the spread may sound like alot...until you walk out with afull belly and a good feeling in your chest that you only get from Mexican food. I would recommend this to anyone who wants tochow on some good food and enjoy a calm yet happy atmosphere. This is a good place for family, friends, a date or just going outby yourself. We stop in here at least once a month. We?ve always sat at the bar as that?s our preference. The bartender is always the same,... just wish I could remember his name. Very friendly guy and seems to personally know everyone sitting at the bar. His drinksare delicious and have never disappointed. The food is good, maybe not the best Mexican food in town, but always good. Highlyrecommend if you?re a bar sitter, you?ll totally enjoy it. Read more
Still has a very Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Chips are cooked fresh, salsa has great flavor. Food was served hot and... quickly. Wait staff came to check in often and provided great service. Extremely loud. The chips and salsa and service is probably the best part of the restaurant. The food is just okay compared to... similar places. I have eaten here five different times and have had two meals that were great and three were just okay. Theburrito bowl is kind of a rip off. Happened to be driving by and saw this place, so we decided to check it out. The place was nice and clean, and they were... playing Mexican music, which we love when you are dining in a Mexican restaurant. The service was great, and very quick. Thefood (Carnitas Tacos) was fantastic. We liked it so much we went there the next afternoon. Definitely recommend. Read more

Inside the two enchiladas was a small medley of shrimp, crab and pico de gallo with a delicious creamy spinach cheese sauce... topped with a dollop of sour cream fanned with two fresh avocado slices (served with rice and refried beans)hitting all thetaste buds making them jump for joy! Read more
