Why is 0 stars not an option when places like that exists? Not only did they mess up my order and make the complete wrong... pizza.. the presentation was awful. It was super greasy, my cardboard box was soaked as the grease leaked through. I didn’tbother having them re-make it as the worker was rude and had already made me feel like she didn’t want me there. On top ofeverything.. the Cesar salad wasn’t even good! The lettuce tasted dirty and the dressing was just gross! Like… how do youmess up a salad? Read more
The meatball sub was delicious, the fries were tasty and the mozzarella Triangles I added on last to my meal were superb! The... coke was fresh and had good fizzy pop to it. The service was great and I had a great waiter who was very kind. The food wasexcellent and the service was excellent too. I recommend highly this place! Read more
Giordano's has been our favorite pizza when we are in Chicago for years. Glad there's one in Des Moines now. Like most... restaurants these days, they are short-staffed; took a long time to be served. We will be going back as the pizza is unlike anyother! Read more
We went on a Saturday right at opening. We didn’t have time for pizzas so we had sandwiches and an appetizer. The 3 stars were... for 1) the food being hot, 2) the waiter being attentive and 3) the portion seemed plenty. I deducted stars for cleanliness andfood quality. For us arriving when opening, the floors looked like they weren’t swept from the night before. It was visibleenough that it was kinda gross and already ordered or I would have left. The girl cleaning the revolving door had sprayed asolution on them and looks like left it there. Maybe just an oversight? The appetizer food quality was great. The sandwicheslacked a taste of authenticity. I guess it was just that you could tell it was frozen food. The chicken parm sandwich was betterthan the meatball sandwich. Took my dad and daughter out to lunch. Dad enjoyed a personal size sausage and beef pizza, he raved about. My daughter and I... enjoyed the meatball sub with the garlic parmesan fries...oh my, so yummy. Will definity be back! Read more
This place is well known for their pizza from Chicagoland, but today I did not have a pizza but a meatball sub. It was delicious... not to mention the Parm garlic fries that came with it. The staff is so nice. They have a viewing window in the kitchen, i took my kids over and they watched them press the dough and... make food.! So cool. The food is incredible.! We had a deep dish and thin crust and tried salads. Everything was great.! We willbe back here and add this to a regular spot to eat in our household.! ?? Read more
