This was my favorite place as I’ve been a customer since 2017! The waitress was friendly; she was apologetic. It isn’t her... fault, but it was really small, they put sunflower seeds on the rice, it was disgusting, ridiculously dry, falling apart, &bland!!! If I could give it a zero I would; I asked if the ownership changed. She said yes, there is different vibe now, & theowners would talk with you . They would ask how it was. The restaurant itself was decorated by the previous owners. I flat outsaid they need to retrain the people making the sushi???? I’m not frugal, but usually I have to take my 3rd roll home fordinner that night. I hungry still. The mango sauce was the only thing that tasted good????. Food was good, staff was alright, atmosphere was okay. It's lovely to look at inside, but the staff isn't very welcoming or... hospitable. We got the chicken teriyaki with miso soup - was delicious. King roll - was pretty good. Veggie tempura - was a bitbland and sweet, good over all. Sake bombs were pretty good, would be nice if they listed what was in them. We absolutely love Hana. The owners are very attentive, the ambience is beautiful, and the food is great. It's our 12-yr-old's... favorite sushi place! He consistently orders the Kiss Kiss special roll, the sweet potato tempura sushi roll and the smokedsalmon sushi (pictured in the 2nd photo). He loves the Japanese soda, and we love the Lucky Buddha Japanese beer. Last night wealso got the Seattle roll & the Pink Lady. Divine! My husband went for the vegetarian ramen, which was light and fresh andfilled with veggies. Our server was busy but so gracious. We go here often, and we cannot eat in, we order take-out. Just left this place today after having a birthday lunch for my girlfriend, we had a fairly big order but upon walking in we... were quickly seated after waiting 5 minuets on one of the benches inside because it was busy at around 12:32 in the afternoon,the staff and server were very nice, two of the sushi items I ordered were sold out ( the snow crab and uni sushi ) which thewaiter apologized both times and suggested I get the oysters on the half shell ( which was a favorite of his ) Food was amazing!!! The sushi was very tasty, a solid 8or10 out of 10, Ever single seafood item was beyond fresh especially the oysters whichreally made it great, the texture of a slippery oyster however especially the ones sold at this place was a bit hard for me (and that's personal preference ) because they were very BIG oysters, alot of meat in them but wow were they fresh Needless tosay we will definitely be coming back !! My most favorite sushi place to go to. The atmosphere is upbeat. The servers are great. The food is very good. The sushi... presentation is always beautiful. Love all their drinks. If you do the ramen, get the spicy tonku soup base! If you haven’tbeen, go! Always ask about their specials. You may be in luck for uni if you go on the right day. I love this place! The interior is so beautiful. The bar is amazing to look at and there are lights and flowers everywhere. The... food is beautifully done as well.
