First time at this location. Friendly staff. Courteous and respectful customer service by Matt. He provided outstanding service... and was very nice. The store was very clean. I just paid for 50.00 on pump 13 inside. I pump 50.00 in my vehicle tank. I went inside and ask for receipt. Guy tells me there... no transaction for 50.00 of me pumping it. But there a receipt for 39.95 at 5 pm today. My bank credit card say 50.00 has beencharged to my account. Read more
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING. Not sure why all these people are commenting on it. I?ve been coming to this location for 3 years... and counting only because the customer service from the employees is amazing! They are always friendly and ready to help youwith whatever you need! I have never had any problems here. On Christmas there was an employee last year who hand wrote happyholidays and put it in all of the customers bags all day. The type of compassion and small talk they provide isn?t found at anyother gas station! The people who are saying they are rude and careless probably are the customers who are snobby and assumethis place is like a quick trip. Read more
Boy was I surprised, Tonight I went in for a Redbox and a soda. While I was waiting for my turn at the register I saw a very... kind and thoughtful employee offer to pay for a man?s energy drink and candy bar because his food stamps card was out of pocket.This mans name was Torton. I applauded him for his act of kindness and he replied ?unfortunately there?s not enough people thatare looking to help others, it?s not a problem(for him) at all to help?. Was visiting this store on 10/20/18 at about 10:00 am I was the only customer in the store at the time. Customer service is... terrible. Told the two cashiers that were chit chatting behind the registers I had to crawl on the ground to get the items thatI wanted. They looked at me like oh well. I said looks like someone need to stock your shelves they look pretty low. They againgave me the look of I really don?t care. Empty shelves means lose of sales. Great Sweet Tea. They actually keep it clean and fresh unlike other k&g
