Food was fine. Ordered through Doordarshan and 2 litter soda was missing. Dasher said the person at the counter told him there... was no drink on order. Tried to call but they don't answer the phone in the last 10 minutes they are open, according to managerthe next day. As I was walking out he said "All that for a drink?". REALLY?! I had been on a plane all day and didn't feel likecooking or going out for dinner and didn't have anything besides water to drink at home. If you are open you answer the phoneand tell people no more orders. . You don't just not answer it. If you want to make a comment about a customer, at least waituntil they are gone before you do it. Tried calling several times no answer.I always pre order my food. It's crazy I've been coming to this pizza place for almost... 2yrs and always got a answer.So I go in today and was told I couldn't get my pizza cut into squares.I get it cut like this allthe time because I have little kids at home. Can't bother to answer phone calls, horrible customer service and unable to offer the advertised deals. Every other Little... Ceasars allows you to call and place an order since meal deals are only offered online in pepperoni but are also availble incheese. Wasted my time calling and coming in to the store to ask about getting a crazy bread sticks meal deal just to be toldthat it doesnt exist. The person at the register also said they don't have a phone number and only take online orders at thislocation. I will stick to other pizza places that can bother to answer their phones and know the deals their own company offers. Read more
I have been a fan of Little Caesars since they first opened and the commercials had a cute little guy running around... Pizza!... Pizza! You would get two pizzas for the same price. Not so today, each pizza is individually priced. It's still basically thesame recipe and it's a great recipe. We were here on a Wednesday evening about 6 pm. We did not pre-order, but got our pizzaswithin 15 mins.... Warm and fresh. We really like the supreme... Fresh veggies, crisp and delicious. The ham on the ham andpineapple pizza is still square as it was when they first opened. It's tasty as well. One downside is crazy bread sauce(marinara) is an extra cost. But, two specialty pizzas, crazy bread, sauce, 2 liter of pop for $24? Very reasonable. Especiallywith the quality, bettwr than any other in my opinion. Read more
