this is my typical go-to lunch spot and i really enjoy my food! I went there today and the girl at the register was really nice... and gave me a great suggestion when I asked her opinion. however, every time i am here, while i wait for my to- go order there?sa man in the kitchen that waves at me which is nice but he then stares and smiles at me the entire time i wait which creeps meout. most of the time i try to order on my app ahead of time to avoid that, but this location is never available for mobileordering. i also ordered a half chicken caesar salad and got a chicken caesar wrap instead so i was kind of bummed because i wasexcited for my salad!! :/ Read more
I used to love this place. Visited here tonight. No customers here at all which is unheard of. Staff looked disinterested and... wanted to joke around instead of doing their job. To go order missing food. Mac N Cheese container was a tiny scoop. See pic.Very disappointed. Read more
I used to come here all the time and thought I'd try it again since I was in the area. I ordered online and opted for curbside... pickup and when I selected "I'm here" nobody came out. I went inside and found my food in the pickup area but they left out mysides and drinks so I had to ask for them. It normally wouldn't bother me but since I used to eat here semi-regularly and knowit used to be better I'm kind of disappointed. Read more
Used to love this place!!! Now it seems there?s a new manager and suddenly service is awful. Dine in soup suddenly isn?t in a... bowl! It?s take out and not full. We pay for a bowl not a 1/2 full togo bowl. Three days ago it was at lunch time and he broughtout a small extra portion of soup.. apologized and said they were out of regular bowls because they were dirty from lunch rush.Okay fine..Today the first girl said no bowl was because of Covid yet my sandwich was on a plate I said and she pointed out butmy cucumber salad was a togo cup lol ???? This place has some pretty awesome looking sandwiches and spuds on their menu. However, I would say our experience was that they... were just ok from a taste and look perspective when we got them. The staff was somewhat friendly but the cleanliness of thedining area and bathrooms needed some attention. Probably will try a different location if we try this franchise again. Read more
This is my new go-to place in Des Moines. I ordered the Veggie sandwhich, 10 inches of pure food bliss. It tasted amazing and... the variety of color in the veggies was great. I also got a side of Mac and Cheese, it was super creamy. And the customerservice experience from start to finish is superb! Highly recommend it for vegan and vegetarian options ???? and did I mention Ionly spent $8!! Move over subway this place will give you a run for your money ;) also must try the sweet tea; perfect.
