McDonald's is McDonald's. We all know the food is okay, but it's basic fast food. We go there cause we're looking for something... fast or as a treat for our children. For this McDonald's the food lives up to what I would expect. Well prepared and hot. Theproblem, as with many businesses, is their staffing. The staff they had worked hard and as a team, they simply needed more help.It took much longer to get out food than I would expect from a fast food restaurant. Waited through a long drive-thru line and only ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a Large Diet Coke -- pretty simple... order. But when I finally got to the window -- I had to pull over to wait. Got back to my work/desk with my food -- I'm lowcarb so I removed the bun and threw the patty on a plate and began to eat it with a fork and it is freaking RAW -- disgusting! Had to throw it away. Every time I get my salt-less fries, most locations like to be petty and throw a bunch of salt packets into my bag assuming I'm... only asking for salt-less fries so they're fresh. I adore that they don't do that here. If I really wanted fresh, salty friesI'd ask for it, but I don't like salt on my McDonald's fries. The salt covers up the flavor of the potato too much. Thislocation has never made me feel weird or bad for not wanting overly salted fries. I so appreciate the employees at thislocation. Read more
Sometimes it can be hit or miss here but if you have to wait in line it's worth it because the food will be hot and the fries... will be fresh! There seems to be new workers there all the time but they seem to have to put up with a lot! Fast food work canbe very stressful! Read more
The lady hispanic with color hair, put hispanic lady on register who barely understands english. She hiring hispanic who barely... speak english. Manager came over and told me no I will not do that.. in custom your order. I WENT TO ANOTHER MCDONALD'S & HAD MYORDER FILLED WITH NO PROBLEM. All others McDonald's customs my order, but this one. Customer service is ridiculous that I gottapull into a spot. Just for 2 McDonald's ketchup only n small fries with less salt on it. Read more
Thursday, at 2:30, the most random time, and these employees are happy and fun. The woman taking orders had my whole car... laughing and smiling. It?s nice to see people enjoying their jobs again. Way to go McDonald?s and the location manager. Read more
