Went out with my friends yesterday and it was probably the worst experience I ever had. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for our... drinks (but had no problem filling up our chips) and almost an hour for our food. But when I food came, it looked like it wassitting out for awhile or like it was microwaved. It was very unappetizing. Can?t believe we had to pay almost 20 dollars forour meals. I wish I had an experience to share. This is one of my favorite places to go. We drive a distance to come here. We waited for... some time for someone to seat us. We had several staff see us and veer off to go another direction or just plain ignore us whenthey saw us. We stood there making other plans and left after much debating on where else to go. You may want to invest in ahost to greet people. I would think the wait staff would want to help as it can increase their own tips but I guess they didn'tneed the business tonight. We just had the best experience at lunch! Raul is an absolutely amazing server! So attentive, friendly, and had refills out to... us before our glasses were even empty. On the Border is the 3rd party company that prepares food for the online restaurant MrBeast Burger - never had any issue until... tonight. I told my boyfriend I didn?t like the onions they put on, so he removed them as an option on doordash. We picked up thefood (after waiting for 15+ mins. after ready pick up time) and we headed home. I got home, and took a couple bites into myburger, and immediately knew something was off. There was literally corn on both burgers, smushed into the cheese like it wassupposed to be there. I called and the restaurant just wanted me to bring it back, but I live far away and don?t have the timeor money to be doing that. She thought a doordash driver had done this, but nope. We picked up from the restaurant to avoiddelivery fees. We had never had an issue before, but this will be the reason this is our last order. Read more

We have the most amazing waiter and the food was great! Perfect amount of seasoning not over salted or seasoned. Their fish... tacos are one of the best items on the menu! The only reason I did not give five stars is because we relocated to the bar tohave drinks after dinner and the bartender ignored us. So we went back to our table and our waiter was again amazing! We got take-out. We ordered off their menu the Mexican Grilled Chicken pictured on the plate with Pico De gallo. What he ended... up with was a half of a half of chicken breast that looked & tasted like it was microwaved with salsa on top. Terrible!!! Thechiming changa was OK. We shared it. He was BEYOND helpful, very suggestive, and a pleasure to talk to! He outdidhimself on making sure we were completely taken care of and 100% pleased with our meal!
