We were informed the kitchen was short staffed as they had just lost a couple employees. Our server, Amy, was beyond amazing and... patient. We had a wrong entree brought out and Jen the assistant manager was quick to fix it with no hesitation. These two madeour visit well worth the wait. Read more
Love this place and my husband had never been. Needless to say when we walked in the door the hostess just stared at us, so we... opted for bar seating… unfortunately they said the bartender was leaving. So naturally we asked are we still able to go getdrinks (because the hostess finally acknowledged us) and so oh you can’t sit there you have to have a table. Ok so.., will westill be able to order wine with lunch. Sure probably yea was the response. We sat down. With no menus of any sort. Waitresscame over and asked what we wanted .. naturally menus would be good. She got us that and got us water. We ordered don’tdynamite shrimp (my fave) and 2 glasses of wine. Waited over 15min no wine, no appetizer. No waitress. So we got up and walkedout to where the hostess wished a great day. Unbelievable. Worst PF I’ve ever been to. The food was good but the service was super slow. Our waitresses seemed to have something else going on. My sister-in-law and I... went to lunch and we got our appetizers super quick. But we waited for our drinks for awhile, by the time they arrived we werefinishing our appetizers. Then we finally got to order our food, which took a bit longer to come out. When it did, we ate inabout twenty minutes or so, but sat there because the waitresses were taking so long to come back. It wasn't super busy either,it just felt like we definitely weren't the priority. Read more
Have always loved PF Changs, but decided to try some items in the menu that I’d never had before - Peking Duck and to drink... The Ornament. Both were amazing and did not disappoint! My fiancé had never been so we ordered the lettuce wraps as anappetizer (one of my favorite standards) and their Mongolian beef. He was amazed at how good the food was and even said the warmsake was some if the best he has tried. Our bartender, Cam was SUPER friendly and even spiked my peach boba drink for me whichwas soooo delicious! Recommend 20 out of 10 especially considering it is a chain restaurant. Read more
I don’t usually leave reviews but after my visit to PF Chang’s Jordan creek I couldn’t have had a better dining... experience, all thanks to Daniel! I never had to ask for a drink refill he brought over multiple different chillies thatweren’t on the menu (ring of fire) amazing kept appetizers and food coming and at the end put on a special sparkler for mynine year old daughter. The food was amazing! My server will be the reason I will take my family back. I will also tell myfriends and family about him and the spectacular experience! Read more
Wonderful atmosphere. Spacious and welcoming. Great view of the pond from dining area. The service was wonderful as well. Fresh... food . The gluten free ( celiac safe) options are what sets this place apart! They have a safe kitchen and prep area ton preventcriss contamination. Their GF Food choices are delicious. I had the Buddha delight which comes with 5-spice tofu. The server asked if I preferred steamed or fried. I guess between... steaming the food and my peanut allergy, they forgot my tofu. When I asked about the missing tofu, the brought out cold,uncooked tofu, which I didn't want to eat for food safety reasons. My husband had the sesame chicken. Both were okay, but notworth a second trip to experience again. The handmade pork pot stickers were good. The service was fantastic until the very end. Read more
We had a wonderful lunch on a relatively quiet day. Our server, Christine, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. My favorite... things to eat are the lettuce wraps and the hot and sour soup. Wonderful time and I look forward to going back again! Read more
