As far as Pancheros go, this one is top notch. The staff was friendly and responsive and took care to ensure that they delivered... a burrito that was well pressed, wrapped, and mixed. I watched a the lady put a small tablespoon sized cup of cheese on my bowl and asked if I could get a decent portion. Asked the... same for the small amount of sour cream she put on. She looked confused, but put on the extra. Whoever the shift lead was madesure to tell the cashier to charge me for the extra. I politely explained that I would like a reasonable amount on the burritoand she rudely shouted that it was their policy and she could not take off the extra charges. Reasonable pricing. Clean. Took out a catering order, the food was very well prepared and well packed. Easy way for a gathering,... they gave us everything we could need all food in pans with warming trays and accessories. It easy easy get together day! Read more
