Slow service. We were the only car in the Drive-Thru and still waited 4 minutes before we were able to place our order. Then we... pulled around and were told it would be 2 minutes until our food was ready so we needed to go park out front. Fast forward 8minutes later and we're still sitting here waiting for our food. This food is mediocre at best I don't understand why anyonecomes here to deal with this level of frustration. Drive thru worker rushed us to order promptly and failed to mention one of the drinks we ordered was not available. We were... told to wait in the parking lot only to be brought our food and no drinks. We told the employee who brought us our food that wehad confirmed drinks were on the order with the drive thru employee (she read them back to us) and she said she would get hermanager. A couple minutes later, her manager came out with one of the drinks and a random box of white rice? Only when themanager came out did we find out the other drink was out of stock. We also ordered 2 plates which are supposed to come with 2entrees each. Only when we got home did we realize they stiffed us one of the orange chickens in our orange chicken + peppersteak plate. Food is very yummy here. This dish is very tasty if you eat it hot. We love broccoli beef, pepper stake and mushroom chicken.... Good price. I Iove to eat meat with vegetables so I choose this fast food always. We are regular customer here. I like to comeback again and again :) Thank you. Read more
Do not order through their app. If you don't get your food, Management will blame you until you tell them you're not paying for... anything because they choose a bad delivery service. Horrendous customer service. Food is usually good, but not worth thecustomer service experience. Read more
