Awesome food! But their portions could be a little bit bigger!
she told us five minutes for the beijing beef to be ready, we waited way more than just five minutes and they decided to make it... last. she didn?t even tell the cook to make the beef first before anything and instead made other food that people didn?t evenask for. when we decided to get something else so we can hurry up and leave, she just rudely handed us the food without sayinggoodbye or anything. bad location Read more
Horrible customer service. I got a few orders of appetizers to go. Learned from past experiences that they sometimes don't give... sweet and sour sauce unless you ask. First time she came to the window for my payment, she flat out interrupted me asking forany and just took the card. When she came back to give me back the card and my order, I asked a second time for plenty of sauce,since I had many items. She yelled 'In the bag.' Shut the window and walked away. I would like to give a huge shout out to the staff of this location. The food was solid! Today behind us in line we had a huffy... Karen in a white Audi storm into the building and sigh very loud as everyone was working hard. Between our order and Karen?sthey ran out of two items. When I say Karen threw a fit that was an understatement. She was so rude and couldn?t wait the 4minutes for more food to be made. The food here is not bad, but David, the manager, just served me the smallest portions on two bowls I've ever seen and that's... after years of eating at Panda expresses. Nice job David - screw over your customers so you can save a few pennies. Read more
