I attempted to order my sip club online but the cafe shut it off so I went inside. When I asked to redeem my sip club they told... me they couldn?t do it in store which is untrue, I do it often. This is a high volume mall location with inadequate production capacity resulting in long waits esp with the new kiosk ordering-... which rocks. This location should have an airport/au bon pain style grab and go counter with sandwiches and a few hotsoups. Update Aug 2022 Very slow lunch traffic. Looks like the regulars have all given up. 15 minute wait for a kids mac &cheese with only two other people ahead of us. Update June 2021 Total meltdown, only 1 cashier during lunch, ordering kioskbroken, but only after entering entire order, 20 min wait for food, the door dash girl looked perplexed, what a mess. Sadly the patio is DISGUSTING. There is trash and debris and cigarette butts everywhere. Chairs and tables are disorganized.... It?s a Thursday, so it?s not like a large crowd of people on the weekend or holiday destroyed this place. There are dead leavesand sticks all over from winter. Probably more than 50 cigarette butts on this small patio. McDonald?s cups, Chick-fil-A bagsand garbage on the ground. It?s terribly ugly and down right gross. Would expect much more from a Jordan creek establishment.They make the entrance they are near very unpleasant. Read more
Love PB but this location needs a managers help. Service is not professional. With 15 min till closing they had the dinning room... closed. Constantly mess up orders. Last time I got 1 bagle and they cut it one side a sliver the other side 80% the rest of thebagle. It looked silly. Read more

Yummy food! A little bit of a wait, but it wasn't that bad.
Rating this location a 2 because clearly I ordered a FULL mac n cheese but it?s only filled half way. This is not $9 worth of... food! If I ask for a full order I expect a full order!
