This location sucks and totally doesn?t care about taking care of its customers. They would always deliver to us but now I get... told they are opening up a new location that will service us in the future and if I wanted delivery to use door dash or grubhub. So pay more money to someone else just to get something that would normally offer a delivery but the guys boss says theywon?t anymore more. Read more
Papa John's is Papa John's, I don't know why I even order it, but I keep fooling myself into thinking it isn't as bad as it is.... The pizza itself was dreadful and sad, per usual, but my wife liked the papadilla. Cheese sticks were passable. Seriously, thepizza sucks though. Undercooked, toppings on the center 1/2 of the pizza and nowhere else, and the cheese makes me think ofmozzarella cheese cut with 50% cellulose insulation. Cheese should never be mealy. Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks and some sauces. Came super fast! Got back into my hotel room and realized they'd given us a cup... of HOT SAUCE (which we didn't order) in our sticks, which had exploded and spilled all over them. None of the rest of our sauceswere there. Called and told them, got rudely told they'd remake the order, which was nice. Waited an hour for them to show up,only for my friend to leave the room and find the food sitting in the hall on the floor. No one had knocked or called oranything to let us know they were there. Who knows how long it sat on the probably dirty hotel hallway floor! And lo and beholdnone of our extra sauces (that we paid for) are there. Read more
The pizza was terrible from this location. I have had Papa Johns several times, but this pizza crust was dough. When we picked... up a slice to eat the toppings literally slid off. After calling the manager another pizza was made and sent with the sameresult. Never again. Bye Bye Papa Johns. Read more
