The place is showing its age but the food was as good as its always been. The young man working alone knew exactly what he was... doing. He was fast and very friendly. Don't get to treat myself with Quiznos too often being that there isn't a location open in central DSM anymore. So being that I... was close to one in wdm I decided to treat myself. But next time I'll know to keep it pushing to Charlie's because this sandwichI recieved today was the sloppiest I've ever seen!! This location is such a disaster. It closes early unlike all the other locations in town. It seems to always be ran by kids... they don?t ever understand good customer service or even how to ring up the orders correctly. It was so frustrating I walkedout instead of being over charged. Read more
I placed a pick up order at 6:45 requesting it be ready by 7:25, giving them 10 minutes more than their 30 minute standard. I... wasn't able to get there until 7:35, an additional 10 minute reprieve. When I arrived, my order hadn't been started or evenprinted out. They completely ignored me until I asked if they had received my order when one of the staff walked up to ring theregister. I was standing next to it in the specified Pick Up location. They served all 5 people first who walked in with mebefore they started my order at 7:50, an hour and 5 minutes after order placement. The food was good. But my order was wellbefore any of the walk in customers. They should have honored my placement time or at least worked me into the mix, not made mewait until the end. Read more
Won?t be back. Tried to order the pair up which is right next to the steak subs, and was informed they wouldn?t honor it for... steak subs. Seems shady to me, will be providing feedback to corporate too. Read more
Why would you Close at 7pm on a Friday night??? Some people dont get off work til 7pm and would love to enjoy some food!!!!!
