The sizzling char smell of smoked brisket drew me to Smashburger. This is the only one we have in our area that has easy access,... plenty of parking, reasonable prices $6 and up (depending on your selected protein)with quick service. The menu is inviting andthe smell of a variety of proteins is budget tempting and stomach pleasing. I ordered the brisket and fried broccoli which wasseasoned to perfection with tender morsels of goodness dripping off the bun? I had to save some for later because it was morethan I could eat in a setting.If you have not been to this local business in a while please give them a try ? bet you will bethoroughly pleased with your selections! I got the smoked bacon brisket burger. It was delicious but I noticed it seemed dry and realized they had left the bbq sauce off... of my burger. My husband got the same burger and said his didn?t have any sauce on it either. Unfortunately we got it as takeout and didn?t eat it until we got home. The smash fries are delicious but the sweet potato fries were even better. Theseasoning on them is so good! I highly recommend, just maybe check to make sure the sauce is on before you leave. Love all the dairy-free and vegan options! The food was good, but apparently they don't serve any shakes after 930PM. I just... wish they had that posted somewhere before I drove across town to get a dairy-free shake. Otherwise fast and good! Read more
The food was great. I got the basic double smashburger. But too pricey. This is comparable to a double butter burger at... Culver's. Smashburger is about 25%more expensive. Unless I want a beer with it, I probably won't be back. And what's with thedecorative theme? The best summary I can come up with is "reddish". Within the same dining room, I see anything from rust red tocherry red to maroon. Even the signage is inconsistent. Pick a pallette and stick with it. Read more

Order was completely covered in grease and oil. Took it back to the counter. The person who bagged it tried wiping the oil off... the burgers with napkins. The wrapping was still soaked.The person at the register on November 9th between 6 and 6:30 tried toinsist there was nothing wrong with them. He refused to make them again. And refused to give my money back. Told me I had to payfor them a second time to get them remade.After arguing with me a full 15 or 20 minutes, eventually called someone. I was notleaving until either I had my money refunded or new burgers made. The person on the phone eventually agreed to remake theburgers which were not covered with grease and oil this time. I think the first time they dumped the fries without letting themdrain. Which leaked oil all over the burgers, and had the bottom of the bag completely soaked. The person at the cash registerwas extremely argumentative and rude. He insisted I had to pay for the burgers a second time, or be satisfied with the oil andgrease soaked burgers they made the first time. I would not have fed the first burgers to my dog much less ate them. We haveeaten at this restaurant for years, and never had such poor standards or inferior customer service. I can't believe theythought wiping the oil covered burgers down with napkins was within their standards. Or that the person at the register wouldrefuse to refund my money, and argue these oil soaked burgers were fine after wiping off with napkins, for a full 15 to 20minutes before eventually making the order again.
