Please look over the recipe cards and make sure to not burn shots!! Had my drink remade twice and still wrong. They're using... full pumps of syrup for the shaken brown sugar oatmilk espresso when its suppose to be half pumps. Makes the drink overpoweringsweet. Second time the shots were burnt. Customer service was good. Convenient to get a coffee after I finished my shopping.
The lady told me they don't offer pour overs. It's literally on the menu. She wouldn't make me one.
Don't go to the Starbucks in the Target. There are two or three Starbucks near by that will actually understand your order.... Honestly, I've been there several times and they had no idea what a matcha green tea latte was. Staff seemed nice, just had nobusiness making drinks. Read more
Worst Starbucks latte I have had! So watered down. What happened?
Since there is a Starbucks around every corner, my money for coffee is most likely going to this company. However, we all have a... choice on which store to visit. We don't have to sacrifice poor service for convenience. Today I went to this location insideTarget and wasn't even greeted when we were their only customer. I had to approach the register and start placing my order togauge any sort of interaction. The barista seemed bored and apathetic as she said three words "hot or iced" and then "$5.57." Isaid thank you and waited patiently for the drink only to have an older barista scold me and give me a disappointed look for nothearing her as she whispered that our drink was ready at the opposite end of the bar. With no customers there they could havebasically handed the drink over the counter. Will not be returning. Read more
