I have been to many Steak & Shake restaurants in the past and many were great. This location is NOT. Terrible service, dirty... dining room, did not get us our shakes until after we had eaten our meals and we had to complain to get them at all. Crewmembers were oblivious, unhelpful and incompetent. Food was a mess, kid making shakes had no idea what he was doing. Avoid atall costs, this location won't be around long if they don't change their ways. Read more
My first Steak-n-Shake experience was wonderful. I was traveling with a large group who entered right before a traveling sports... team. The staff kept their heads and worked hard to get quality food out as quickly as possible. The only reason I took a staraway is I did see one worker leave the bathroom without washing her hands. She was not working directly with the food, but it'sstill standard practice to always wash in the bathroom when working with other people, especially during a pandemic. Read more
1st time there and the place was filthy. We had to wipe off our own table. We ordered extra whipped cream on our shakes and when... they served us there was no whipped cream. We told them we payed for extra and they just shrugged there shoulders and walkedaway. The burgers and fries were good but the service and condition of the place were awful. Then before we left, one of theemployees brought in their dog. We have been to Steak 'n Shake in other cities and always enjoyed it. We obviously won't begoing back to this one. Read more
I love steak and shake, This one misses the mark. Most that I have been to have an Americana diner sort of feel. This one is... just lacking in any type of vibe or atmosphere. I went late, but there were workers sitting down, tables not clean and apretty big line. No shakes, No ketchup, They don't do The famous Chili that makes my stake and shake trip complete. Myburger tasted just right when I got it so I won't leave less than 3 stars. Read more
Best steak burger I?ve ever had. Not sure why I waited so long to try this place but in the words of my mother. ?This is the... best burger I?ve ever had.? Worst Steak ?n Shake I?ve ever been to, and I?ve been to a lot!! My order was messed up, I asked them for no Swiss cheese and no... sauce and they covered it in sauce, I asked for cheese fries and they gave me no cheese. I ordered my kids mini corn dogs kidmeals and they were so hard and over cooked, barely chewable! Wasted my money and had to go buy food elsewhere! I want my moneyback ???? Read more
I am a big Steak and Shake fan! This location isn't bad but it's not on par with it's more traditional locations. This one has... electronic ordering kiosks instead of the traditional waitress that serves you at most locations & they also have a much smallermenu. The burgers have been good but the fries have typically been cold. This location is good but not great. Read more
