I was an employee there and the manager treated everyone so bad and the big manager didn?t believe me and she believed her and... she told her lies about me. For me I don?t prefer anyone to work their. They don?t even give money to their employees. Thisstore is horrible and you are gonna get treated so bad by the managers there. Read more

I am sorry Subway has lost its popularity. I don't understand their menu changes. Appreciate their location in Walmart. Combine... shopping and a subway sandwich. Very convenient! Read more

My wife ordered sandwiches and after she placed the order they said the toaster was shut off. The guy said they shut off 20 min... prior to close. Then why don?t they just close at 8:40 pm? Why would the guy let us order then tell us after the fact? This ishorrible. I feel scammed and never had an experience like this at a subway. Don?t go here. Read more

Went in around 7:30pm on August 10 (yesterday) and had such a bad experience here that I'm still upset about it. I went in and... was greeted by a lady with a really thick accent and I asked for a 12 inch Italian BMT on white Italian bread. She asked me torepeat it so I said the exact same thing again. Then she said she didn't understand, so I said it a third time. So she finallypulls out the bread and very slowly cuts it and looks at me dead in the eyes and asks what kind of meat? Now I'm very agitatedand raised my voice a little louder so she can hear me a fourth time and said she didn't understand. There was a kid there aswell and him and the lady I said my order to four times started to laugh after she asked me to repeat my order a fifth time. Iasked to speak to a manager and they told me no. Really? I walked out after that. Enough is enough. I been here many times andrarely ever had any issues, but this one time is more than enough to destroy the reputation of this store to me. I feel verydisrespected as a customer. I ended up going to a different subway that was franchised by better people with a more respectfulcrew. Read more

Understaffed and super slow. The one worker was putting on an ingredient per minute. Finally gave up waiting after 25 min.... Literally could've walked through Walmart, picked out ingredients, and made it myself before she finished 1 order. Read more

So I was in her today, and during a pandemic, the workers had no mask on. One of them had a mask on her neck and said it?s ok,... she has mask and it?s fine. And it falls off her face because it is too big. This person was making my sandwich. The other onehad no mask in sight, and told me she dies not know why she is not wearing a mask! And it doesn?t matter because she is notmaking me the sandwitch while she was literally less than 6ft away from me. I was so mad and left. I emailed the manager andthey sent me an automated message that they are sorry about my experience and will take that feedback into account. I will notbe supporting Subway anymore. Will rather not eat than give my money to these people. Read more

While waiting in line, the customer ahead of me asked if I was getting a foot-long. which I was. She gave me a coupon for the... 5.99 ANY foot-long sub. It specified at the bottom of the coupon that "ultimate cheesy bread" was INCLUDED, but to be charged asan "extra". Which was fine. I had enough money for the sandwich without the coupon, but it was a nice idea to have a coupleextra dollars. The employee doing my transaction was extremely rude about it, saying she couldn't take the coupon because sheknew the ultimate cheesy bread was not included, even though it specifically said on the coupon that it WAS included, at anextra cost. Essentially like if you were to get stuffed crust at pizza hut. They honor the coupon but charge you an extra dollarfor the ?extra?. She called someone (who didn't answer), threw her phone down on the register, and proceeded to accept my couponanyway stating ?Whatever, I?ll take your coupon, but I KNOW this isn?t included?. She finished the transaction, and thanked me,told me to have a good day, though not in a positive way. After attempting to explain to her that the coupon SPECIFICALLYmentioned that type of bread as being valid on the coupon, and trying to be friendly with her for the couple minutes I hadinteracted with her at that point, while she was rude and rather aggressive (throwing her cell phone on the register), I hadenough of her attitude, and simply replied ?Yup, thanks.? As I walked away, I heard her say to another employee "I guess Iwasn't nice to her?, as if me replying back, in a short but still polite manner, offended her. The over all feel of this store isn't too bad, although the food for price left a bad reputation. The hot subs all seem to be... overpriced and under weighted when compared to other stores in the area. The Employees were very prompt at greeting andprovided a positive atmosphere. They were friendly and very helpful. They seemed to really know their products and generallydid a very exceptional job. They ensured that hand washing was a number 1 concern before making any food, which is somethingthat makes them stand out over other stores in the area that I have visited. I would rate this store higher if the productwasn't over priced and under weighted. Read more
