This was our final visit to this location. Our last three visits have not gone well and we are done with it. Those black,... charred pieces on my pizza? That's Italian beef. We ordered a 25$ pizza through Door dash. When the dasher delivered the rest order, the pizza was missing. We called the... restaurant and the girl who answered took ownership and said it was their mistake but if I would give them our address theywould deliver. We waited an hour. No pizza. We called back and was told that nobody can come out because its raining and thatthey called us. To be fair i had a missed call from a sports complex. Having nothing to do with that, I didn't answer and therewas no voicemail. We are pretty disappointed there was no communication and no consideration towards patrons. If we weren't tocall back we would have never known thats the pizza is not coming or get a refund from dd The one star review is because, eventhough mistakes happen and as I said the girl took ownership we were the one who had to reach out to signal that the pizza wasnot in the order. Btw in the dd merchant page you can request a delivery so you didn't have to use your own drivers just ask fora redelivery. They usually are pretty accommodating. How is a customer that orders from Dd is to know you are in a sportscomplex and a call from you would be from a different number we used to reach you. And there were no 3 missed calls. There were2 with no voicemail( my voicemail is working properly) you could have solved this issue with that. We had these guys bring the brick pizza oven to our home for my son's graduation party. It was a HUGE hit! First...they were... totally on time and completely professional! They set up quickly. We picked 4 specialty pizzas ahead of time, but they saidpeople could also order pepperoni, sausage or cheese as much as they wanted. So everyone has their own personal pizza! And thecrowd at our party RAVED about the pizza! Hot and fresh! The crust was crispy and chewy! And amazing service! I highly,highly recommend these guys! Read more

Looks good, came exceptionally cold. Tasted as good as pizza hut. No crisp, massive flop...it wasn't good. And on top of... it.....the originally pizza was wrong....I returned it untouched....they made a smaller one that was bad. I was reluctant to try their pizza because I have a specific taste. However, I couldn?t pass up their incredibly delicious... Italian grinder. The sandwich is normally served toasted, but I got mine cold. When I say this sandwich was amazing the personwho prepared it was very nice and generous with the portions. The cook also saw me with my children and he provided them withthe warmest smile. You can not top the level of service and professionalism of the workers. They were all very nice and the foodwas great. I will definitely be back. My daughter practices basketball where they are located. They definitely bought themselvesa new customer. 40 minutes for 4 cold meatballs and cheese that wasn't melted all the way. Bread bites that weren't warm and parmesan cheese on... the bottom of the container, rather than on the bread. Cookie d5idn't taste homemade that wasn't appetizing at all. Didn'tinclude utensils or napkins as requested. Not a great first impression of a restaurant. ***Update**Management found my orderand sent me a credit even though I didn't ask for it. Very much appreciated as it shows they care.
