I've just down graded this location to two stars. I like Casey's pizza. Just spent 25 minutes getting 5 gallons of E88 because... the pumps are all slow. Going elsewhere for the other 15 needed to fill the tank. Didn't have another 1.5 hours of patience tosave $0.05 cents per gallon. Read more
Months ago it would have been a five star rating-not anymore! I can't believe how rude most of the employees are anymore. The... other night, I stopped by for gas and lotto tickets. I greeted the employee on my way in, asking her how she was. It was allthat all she could do to spit out "I'm fine." How RUDE is that?? Should have asked me how I was & been her job to greet me withat least a hi or hello. I worked customer service for many years and this isn't how you treat people! She is a real poker facewho wears glasses with shoulder length hair, who really enjoys her job-NOT! I thought about taking my business elsewhere then. Iwill now. The one with the Jersey accent is a smart alec anymore!There are a few good employees. Lebron is very nice.Roberta inthe kitchen too. Another young guy with dark hair is great too. Read more
Fantastic establishment running here. I always enjoy coming here and getting pizza and a slushy It's a shame that most of the... time, the coco cola slushies are out of commission and sometimes there is no sausage pizza available, but I still appreciate theestablishment and it's employees. Specifically, I would like to commend a worker by the name of Lebron (couldn't get his lastname) which had offered fantastic service to me this night. I will continue coming here for the services provided in the futureas they are of an exceeding quality. Read more
Don't waste your time going here they will refuse service to you unless you have a mask on even if there is a medical exemption... not to mention that the way they speak to you about it is flat-out rude. I live very close and would get gas here all the timebut I will never go back again!! Not to mention the guy at the register was wearing a very loose-fitting cloth mask that doesabsolutely nothing as far as prevention. Read more
I did like this gas station until they wanted to be open whenever they want. I get it nobody wants to work and good help is hard... to find but at least be open during normal gas station business hours. Went there after work around 7pm and it was closed. Thenext day they were open until 11pm. Says they are open at 4am stopped there at quarter 5am and closed. Employees are super nice.The gray haired lady with the Boston accent is the best. Read more
I recently reviewed this location giving it two stars... I wish I could give it ZERO. Just went in to the store at 650pm when a... creature from the Cretaceous period barked at me "We're closed!" I don't know which entitled, lazy generation this decrepitemployee is from, but I'm from one that doesn't end work before work ends. It was 650pm... A reply from Casey's suggested thatthey weren't "firing on all cylinders..." interesting choice in words because at this point you should be... firing... cleanhouse because this Casey's is UNIQUE at this point for being a terrible place to go. This store has the worst customer service of any convenience stores I have ever visited. The clerks are poorly trained and lack... knowledge of how the cash registers and lotto machines operate. The worst part is when you are waiting for them to try andfigure things out they get attitude and talk disrespectful to the customers. I will no longer get fuel, food or lotto at thislocation. Only reason I am giving one star is because it's required. Read more
