This is the worst chipotle ive ever had. Ordered 4 bowls, absolutely non of the food was seasoned, barely had salt, and in... general had no flavor. They are also extremely stingy, fill the bowl all the way with rice and barely give you anyveggies/toppings. Read more
I have been to this location a few times never had a problem or anything. I ordered a bowl from here and took it home to eat... later due to me working nights. Honestly the worst restaurant, I was a previous employee and I cannot believe that restaurants managers, crew even. Horrible... customer service, everyone?s hair looks like they were at a rave, the line it looks gross dry food stock on the table, dirtydishes on the chef table. Tables and floors are disgusting to top it off you go to the bathroom and the soap is broken, floorcompletely filthy. Clearly the ?high standards? don?t exist at that location. Very bad service, the girls had bad attitudes. Using their native language (language that I understood) complaining of the... people coming in etc. Honestly I get the frustration but at least complain in private nobody has to know your ?problems?.Everyone has them. They serve the food in a bad way, basically being somewhat aggressive when passing it to the next station oftoppings. It just looked unprofessional, disgusting, and not clean whatsoever. Read more
If I could give this Chipotle a 0 I would. I always seem to give them another chance because its Chipotle & I don't understand... what's are hard to make a burrito bowl but they always give me the most least amount of toppings, every time. Even when I askfor more they do you bogus. Than they over charge you for literally nothing in your bowl. The location is dirty & it seems likethere is no management every time I walk in. Swear every time say ?let me give them another chance? they always mess up my order! My food was cold and they obviously didn?t... read what the order was. Using the app is pointless I shouldn?t have to go stand over the employee for them to get it right. Whyoffer the ability to add extra of anything if they aren?t going to do it.
