Absolutely incredible dinner service we just had. Our server was Bianca and she was amazing. We (my girlfriend and I) haven't... seen service like her in a long time! She was absolutely attentive, checked in the perfect amount of times, yes ma'am and sir'dus even though we were probably similar ages, friendly, smooth, ..etc. Food was amazing, from the salad to the desert it wasperfect. It was 10 pm, the restaurant closes at 11 pm, I was treating my actriz daughter. Perhaps people are tired cleaning and ready... to go home. We waited and have to find people to get a table assigned. No hostess and we where a bit nervous that the place wasalmost closing. Finally the server took our order. Food still has great taste. But it leaves you with a feeling that may be theydid not want your business. The waiter did a good job, after first contact everything ran smoothly. We love Olive Garden, but the Dundee location needs staff help asap. We were not willing to wait 2 hours to eat. The restaurant... was not full...they were just very short staffed. Hoping they can find help and recover quickly. Read more

Came in for lunch and took almost 20 minutes for us to be greeted by a server. Once the server came, people seated after us were... greeted before us. Moved to the bar area hoping to get quicker service, since we already knew what we wanted to order. 3 peopleworking in the bar area/to go area.. Still ignored. Nice location with plenty of parking.  The restaurant is clean & very inviting.  Luke, our waiter, was exceptionally... attentive, knowledgeable & courteous.  The food was excellent as expected.  We enjoyed their chicken marsala & chickengnocchi. Read more
