My wife and I have been ordering pizza from the West Frankfort Dominos for 13 plus years and for the live of me it will never... happen again. We ordered for delivery waited an hour and called to find out where the delivery was only to be told theycouldn't find our street and didn't make the pizza. Why didn't you call us? Ahhhhhh I don't know. The General manager is aboutas concerned as I rock in.the road. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. Pitiful Read more
I was in tonight, 12/21/2020. It was a half hour till closing time. I asked a young man, the only worker I saw, if he was still... cooking. Since I was the only customer he had he listened to what I wanted. He looked at me like, "I'm gonna make you the bestpizza ever" . He instructed me to go out to my truck and he would bring it to me. 20 min. Or so later he came out with my orderand said " open the box and make sure it's right" The young man had a big smile. At this point I didn't have to look because Iwas already convinced that it was gonna be good. Any way I looked and told him "perfect ". Let me tell ya something, it wasperfect, possibly the best I ever had. Dear domino's, find this kid and promote him!!! Awesome experience in every way ????????! Read more
Usually have pretty fast delivery and good food. Prices are a little high. The tax, $4.99 delivery charge, and 15% tip added up... to be about the cost of my order. Also make sure you remind them to give you any sauces you ordered or good luck getting them. Read more
