The food was okay but the sandwich was much smaller than at most of the other Hardee's I have gone to The meat was different as... well I would strongly suggest that they re-train the staff. Someone came in complaining while I was waiting in line and theypractically accused him of lying because their manager cannot make mistakes yeah right. I try to take it easy on this place as I know that they struggle. The biscuits were hard, as they were from their first batch,... made at around 3 a.m. it was made quickly, and had I been an hour earlier or later the biscuits would've been better. Keep at itguys. Read more
Have been here multiple times and this morning I went through drive through and ordered 4 breakfast platters 2 with sausage and... 2 with bacon. I brought home 3 with bacon and 1 with sausage and 2 of the platters had no hash rounds. This has happened to meon more than one occasion and it's getting really old and pathetic that my order has to be messed up at almost every time I gothere. Read more
I do not plan on going back here anytime soon if at all. The staff was vary unprofessional they acted like they didn't know what... they were doing. The manager acted like he was on drugs he did not have enough money in the register for change he asked thecook what to do and he responded with I don't know what your asking me for your the manager bud and I did not get what Iordered. Zero stars should be an option for this place. The store manager, Matt, has told me that I can't expect any quality or even... fresh food because it is fast food. I've not received food that I paid for twice and they have refused to provide what I paidfor. Matt says this is policy. I've included a picture of the hand breaded chicken tender bites, which, according to Matt, arejust old, dried up chicken strips tore to pieces by hand. That is what store manager Matt says you should expect. Quality is anunreasonable expectation from this particular Hardee's. Don't go there. Read more
?Well, mornings are always great here, breakfast was well cooked and just like advertised as a chain restaurant should be, now... if your traveling or planning on staying in the West Frankfort is "this is one of the only restaurants open after midnight"drive-through only, wait time is a little longer than usual depending on the time frame "be advised local pubs close at twelveand two on weekends " a rush must be anticipated" they only have one cook working nights "I used to be an employee" that's myfriendly advice, just bear with the wait... The guy working was short handed and at that moment by himself. And the service and food were great!
