Love the chain, I eat here daily, sometimes even twice a day. But this location needs MAJOR work!!! The place in so much... disrepair. Multiple stalls blocked off, ordering stations not working. Half the time I can't even order from the app!!!Currently have 2 holds in my bank account on orders that never went thru and could take weeks to reverse because this locationcant seem to get their app straightened out!!! NOT COOL HOLDING MY MONEY LIKE THAT!!! Go 6 miles north or south and find afunctioning Sonic. Here in West Frankfort, you may or may not get your order....or your money back. Read more

I absolutely love their drink deal for a large size or under for $1 before 11am. I really like that they use real fruit in their... drinks. Some of the drive in spots have not been working and their serving time takes a little longer than normal, are the onlydisappointments that I can say I had. They are nice, polite, and friendly servers. It would also be a good idea for them to replace their sign that a storm blew off. Read more
So disappointed in Sonic. Bought my grandchildren dinner tonight and they were not happy with the order. I ordered the popcorn... chicken and their order only had 3 small pieces in it. Is that a normal order or did they just not care? Will think twice beforeordering Sonic again! Read more
