Subway has not been the same in West Frankfort since they changed locations. Have given them several chances with the following... results - didn't answer the phone during operation hours, our on line customized orders right are never correct, stale bread, unavailable toppings and sandwiches that are poorly constructed. We try to support local businesses but we are done with Subway. Read more
I have to say I give them zero stars. My son went and got us subway and for the first time I have to say it was disgusting. Who... ever made these sandwiches just through them together and over loaded the spinach on mine, didn't put my mayo or tomatoes on mysandwich. The sandwiches were just a sloppy disaster and didn't even taste good. Im so disappointed my son walked pretty far toget this for us. I usually have a very good experience with this subway. There are very few food choices in this town so it wasupsetting n a waste of money. We tossed the 2 footlongs in the trash they weren't even acceptable to eat. Come on do betterguys.. Read more
Food was ok, staff nice, but stressed out... holidays are no fun sometimes. New sandwiches worth trying.

The only thing that I can say bad about this place is the parking lot. Way too small. Everything else is awesome, friendly... service and very professional workers. Read more
We visited the new subway in West Frankfort on 8/31/2021 at 6:48pm. My husband and I both went in the store to wait in line.... While in the store there were 2 employees eating at a table. They both had on subway uniforms. They were having the mostdisgusting LOUD conversations. There was a woman up at the counter ordering who obviously knew them. They kept yelling back andforth with each other and the girls behind the counter joined in. I have never felt more uncomfortable. I managed to get 2 ofthe employees names. The two sitting down made me lose my appetite. They were disgusting. I could not believe that they werebelching and making such disgusting noises so loudly. I will NEVER go back. The food was terrible and it normally isn't. Theother customers in the store felt the same I'm sure. I would at least like my money back. I am so disappointed because we usedto go there all the time! Those employees will cost this place customers. I called to speak to the owner and was told that Icould not. They refused to give me his number. Read more
As with many on the go meals in today's world this establishment is no different. Although the dining area and restrooms are... clean the service could be tuned a little better. Granted most of the staff are high school/early college kids so the sandwichesare a little sloppy and rushed when being assembled. The sandwiches always taste fresh though and if you get the five dollarfoot long specials then to me that's a deal. Besides the young staff always in a rush there are no complaints that I can thinkof about this establishment. Read more
Nasty! Warm mayo. They said they don't refrigerate it and then tried to backtrack. Just gross. I don't care if it "gets warm" if... you add it to a hot sandwich. If you add it to a cold sandwich it should not be room temperature. And the employee eating itstraight and wiping it up off the counter and eating it, didn't help your case for it being "good to eat" ( ANYTHING there) ???? Read more
