Used to be a much more passable experience, but anymore you're better off eating roadkill.
Normally, I would give 5 stars. But something has changed at the west Frankfort taco bell. It's not been very fresh lately. ... Today, I picked up my lunch through the drive through. When I got back to work and started or tried to eat my lunch it wasabsolutely terrible. The cinnamon twist and the chalupa had a funky taste and smell. Like maybe bad grease that they were friedin. I also had a coworker try them and she confirmed they were terrible. I called taco bell and spoke to Mary. Mary was verydefensive and rude. She wasn't nice at all. So Mary told me to come tomorrow. So I guess I will go back and order somethingelse and see if it taste any better. Also, Taco bell needs to train Mary on her customer service skill. Read more
Just ordered through the drive thru, got home looked in there tacos had lettuce on them which asked for meat, cheese, and sour... cream kids are picky. Also was missing a few things. Called up there(took 3 times calling before someone picked up) the Ladysaid if I didnt have receipt they couldn't exchange it. Even though we were just there and they didnt give us a receipt. Nowonder why they were no cars there and noone in drive thru. I never said I wanted different food just wanted them to know it waswrong. Read more
Our food was very fresh and our order was accurate. I had the grilled chicken power bowl which was so delicious. The melted... cheese, rice, and black beans tasted amazing. I?ve been disappointed before at this location, but they got it right this time. Read more
Me and another truck driver were denied service by this person because we had no vehicle to go through the Drive thru.... Corporate, which is Yum Brands doesn't seem to have this policy. Just want to warn the truck drivers that they will get Nothing,No Food, No Empathy from them! We tried to get food through the Drive thru & it was Not going to happen. Truckers Roll on bye. Read more
