I will never come here again. Stopped by and the girl and the guy that were working could care less about customers. Both are... to preoccupied having conversations on there cell phones to care about taking my order. I have been here before and justtolerated it but Wednesday night was the last straw. Horrible service. Staff couldn't care less about customers. In an attempt to give a fair review, I have visited this store... three times in the recent past and had consistently unacceptable service each time. The combination of ineptitude (one youngfellow pressing every button on the keypad multiple times, coming up with a total of $41.10 for two bagels) and out and outdisrespect from a young African American fellow whose disdain for helping out was beyond question, has led me to write off anyfuture visits to this location. A MAJOR staff overhaul is direly needed and may save this store from extinction. VERYdisappointed. Customers vote with their dollars - I will be casting no more votes at this location. Read more

Received exceptional service from Brittany who went out of her way to... assist and expedite an order after an error on my end with a mobile order. She was polite, accommodating and friendly. Not the best experience. My girlfriend and I stop here often and most times it?s not great. For once her ice coffee came out... sweet little more then she likes but way better then getting where she barely likes it. The wraps come out over or under cookedthis time it was under.
