This is the closest Dunkin? to my house. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go my order is messed up, they always are in a bad mood in the... coms. I have only had a good experience here once from a guy with tattoos that was cool and made my coffee perfect! Never sawhim again and always get the same grumpy people that don?t know how to make coffee and certainly don?t want to be there. I?vetried to give this Dunkin? countless tries seeing as it?s the closest one. Every time they disappoint. Lost a few permanentdaily customers from this household. I went to the Dunkin in West Greenwich on Victory Highway this morning. I have never been treated so poorly in 40 years of... going to Dunkin by the drive through attendant. You should read all of this review. I have gone many times since I am aresident of West Greenwich for several years. I have always had a good experience there with nice friendly workers. Today wasdifferent. The attendant taking orders around 830am was curt and brash. I asked for a pumpkin coffee with milk "she stated ina rush "ok pumpkin with cream" I corrected her and she then quickly stated "ok move up" not asking me if that will be all. Ithen stated " I have more" her response was "what else" in a tone that threw me back" I then asked for medium coffee with sugarfree vanilla" she said 'yep medium with vanilla" I then stated " No, sugar free" and she said "that is what I said" in a brashtone that at this point, I could not just let go. I had to say something. When I arrived at the window, I was not happy andtold her "you need to learn some customer service skills, you should not talk to customers like that". She gave me a stare andtold me to drive on. I said to her..."I want my coffee" she repeated move on. When I asked again for my coffee she told me tomove on or she would call the state police on me and stated I was ignorant. I will be calling the corporate Dunkin office andalso the owner of that location. We have all seen the decline over the years of customer service whether in person or over thephone. We as consumers deserve better. With rising prices like it is today, we should be treated much better. Its about timethat as consumers ( it seems the old saying "the customer is always right" no longer applies) we need to do more. We need to goto online and post reviews not only that are good but that are bad as well. We should use social media outlets to let it beknown. This is the only way things will improve. Stopped for a coffee and sandwich got my coffee wasn't full to the top asked the girl who handed it to me to add little more so... it was full seeing as duncan isn't cheap to begin with was told she couldn't take it back and walked away. I also just realizedthe gentleman who took the order and my money over charged me I got two of the black pepper bacon on English muffins should havebeen two for six plus large iced coffee total came to thirteen dollars yup I got played. Ok so not every DD is of top notch quality, service, or consistency. However this branch is not 1 of them, been in area for... about 6 weeks. They have been in area of 30 for 30 I'm yet to get a coffee that wasn't the same everytime. Now on Saturday(01/17/2021 morning approximately 5:15 am which was 45 minutes prior to them even opening. I placed a online order thru app. Theapp took order and charged me i approached the drive thru and was informed they didn't open till 6am. Low and behold the womenworking saw the problem and made my coffee as soon as it was done perking although she had no obligation to do so that's what icall excellent customer service. She deserves something for her efforts to stave off a angry customer due to poor app function..Thank you to whom ever you were great service. Read more
I don't usually write bad reviews, I just won't write anything at all but this dunkin deserves it. This isn't coming off one bad... experience but many. My wife refuses to come to this dunkin because she feels the go out of their way to mess orders up. Everytime and I'm not exaggerating every time they mess something up and if you go there towards the end of the day they give youeither decaffeinated or burnt coffee. Like they don't want to be bothered to put on a fresh pot at the end of the day. So thismorning I'm crunched for time I stop at the drive threw order a chicken sandwich on an everything and med ice. Kid at the windowask did you order an egg and cheese on a plain, I said no I ordered a chicken on an everything no bacon. He says ok hands me abag and my coffee,I take off grab my sandwich out of the bag and its an egg n cheese on a plain begal. Like I just told this kidI didn't order this and he's like eff it im not gonna bother making what this guy wants. So I turn around go to go inside toexchange my sandwich and of course the dinning room is close, drive threw only. The line is around the building. I don't havetime to wait.
