Went there two times and both bad experiences. This past time I ordered a caramel swirl iced coffee and when I told the cashier... how I wanted it she was pretty rude about it and I ended up getting something other than what I ordered. I'd give them a 0 if I could. Literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I walked out. It was 5 minutes until someone... even said I'll be with you in a minute.
