First time eating at Popeyes and I must say the food was really good and service was quick. Chicken was not greasy with plenty... of dips too choose from, Mac and cheese was also pretty tasty, Cajun fries were good also but a little soggy, tables were cleanand all reasonably priced. The only reason I didn't give an extra star was the staff seemed irritated we were there and the guytaking my order had a really bad attitude. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! After over 30 minutes of waiting for my order, I finally went to the counter to ask them when it would be... ready. The cashier had the audacity to blame ME for not coming to the counter and announcing that I was there. There's not asingle sign or notification on the mobile app, where I ordered, that says to do that. My food was cold and my family's extremelyunimpressed. The fact that they couldn't even take accountability for their own mistake is so far beyond unprofessional I'mspeechless. Not only has this location lost a customer, the entire establishment has because if that's how Popeyes treats itscustomers, I will ensure I'm not one of them. Read more
We've been here before and what I can say is today was a bit of an off day for this place. The food my team and I had ordered... were of lowest quality. I'm not sure if the same oil is being reused but the food needs a bit more of quality check. Thecustomer service from the cashier was wonderful. The food can be better. Read more
