I think there's been new management, so service has been so much better! The drive thru line moves faster and all the employees... are so friendly. The handsome man with the beard who works in the morning is probably the best employee there. Read more
Every time I go to this place they never have glazed donuts whether I go in store or order online the service here is awful!
I go to the drive-through window, and they are out of donuts.. Imagine going to a donut store and they don't have any donuts.... Just insane!!!! The place is also very filthy, they have weeds growing all over the place. It looks like the place is poorly runand poorly managed. This particular Dunkin' donuts has it together. I stop by at 6:30 a.m. and the line was so long I almost just kept going. But I... really needed two dozen donuts for an Amish card making party I was heading to. I wanted to make a good impression with theAmish ladies, so I waited in that line. Worst Dunkin? Donuts ever. With the longest line ever. Waited the longest and while the order taker took my order he was rude... and kept rushing me to finish just to be served the wrong order. Ordered a ice coffee instead got hot coffee told the guy it wasthe wrong order and got told to pay a extra 1$ for Ice. Watched the owner pour the hot coffee into a cup with ice handed me cupwith ice all melted. Coffee was warm with 3 pieces of ice. WORSSSSSTT DUNKIN EVERRR!!!!!!! Don?t waste your money here. Theyneed to shut it down.
