I ordered a pasta salad online for pickup at 6:15pm today. I get there right at 6:15pm and pick it up and take it home. I... ordered here because I was in the area and it was on my way home, which is a half hour away from the West Grove Saladworks. Iget home, and I find out they gave me someone's door dash pickup/delivery order instead of my own. I called them, and they stillhad my order there at the store. I drove all the way back down there and give them back the wrong salad and pick mine up, forthem to only offer me a free $2-$3 cookie for my wasted time, effort, and gas to get back down there, even though the mistakewas their fault. I am extremely disappointed with the service, and I will never go back to this saladworks ever again. Read more
We get salads here at least weekly. We always get the Cobb and they?re always great. Yesterday our salads should have been... called the Lettuce. Other ingredients were very scarce. My husband was two thirds of the way done his salad before he even sawa piece of chicken and it was a tiny piece of chicken. Same with mine. The chicken was almost nonexistent. Very verydisappointed. The salad was ok, but the price is listed as $9.49. I got to the counter and was charged almost 12 bucks because they can?t be... bothered to update their prices in the store for their customers. That is disrespectful. The salad was good, but after this I?lljust make my own for much less. Read more

My Wife and I stop in here when we're in the area. I love their salads, if there's a line they move people through quickly, but... the staff is very focused and not too personal. They won't mix in the salad dressing, just in case you've come to expect thatfrom other Salad Works. Read more
