Overpriced not the way u remember Starbucks back in 2009ish with the couches and it was so welcoming such a cool spot now it's... not the food is very exspesive 3.50+ tax for a single cake pop for my daughter a medium latte made the bill go over 10$ itwasn't what I expected from Starbucks I thought you can take it back to be remade till I like it but felt I should just leavethe store.(** Also everyone behind the counter tending to pre orders & drive through meanwhile the actual customer who walks inwith her child just walks around kinda lost thinking maybe I should leave bc the local coffee shops make such a better coffeeshop local also employees check the occupied area no napkins no sugar no stir sticks ( unless this is new & only at Starbucks)so empty everything also as I was reminiscing missing Starbucks from 2010 I found a sandwich bag full of random pills justlaying on the booth I immediately took the bag to a staff member at the front counter it was a mess take half the people in theback put them in the front to clean up to pick up stuff people drop such as prescription pills, and nowadays who knows thatyou'll find but I surely don't want my child to find it also it's not a good look pretty sure they were vitamins but what atrigger... Get it together jennersville I used to love coming here I know covid happened but the local coffee places there arelattes are crushing yours I'd work on making better coffee friendlier employees who aren't afraid to say Hi how are you can Ihelp you the cake pops more on the menu I didn't even think they had them then I asked they were not out on display they were ina bag laying on the shelf I'd much rather see this stuff displayed nicely is there a reason you can't look at the cake pops andthey just sit in the bag.... Staff is always pleasant. I tend to order ahead, and most of the time it's ready to go when I arrive. Not a big deal if I have... to wait another minute. So, no complaints. Store is clean, bathrooms... Well, they can't help if someone messes it up betweentheir cleanings. Read more

I forgot the baristas name maybe Jen? But I asked them for a recommend for something sweet but not too strong and they where so... sweet and accommodating. The staff here is amazing and Audrey will write sweet notes on my cup. I love the energy the staffbrings and how they take the time to be accommodate to customers. Read more

I've always enjoyed going to this Starbucks. Recently the employees have been extra amazing, asking for my name at the drive... thru, using my name to confirm my order, and calling me by name at the pick up window. It's small stuff like that that makes mewant to come back again and again. Not to mention, I'm hooked on the marshmallow dream bars. Thank you Jville Starbucksemployees! Read more

I have not been to this Starbucks location and probably over 9 months. I was hoping that things had changed for the better. I... guess you can't bank on hope! I ordered a simple iced tea. While watching the staff behind the counter furiously preparingdrinks and serving those who were in the drive-through, I was standing for 10 minutes before I approached one of the staff andasked where my drink was. He said he thought he had made it, but maybe someone else took it? I stood there the whole time, andhe never actually made the drink. He made it right away and gave it to me. It wasn't made the way I had requested, but I was sotired of waiting I took it anyway. Every other location I have visited in the past 6 months is devolving into the exact samescenario. Drive-thru customers and mobile customers get top billing. Walk in customers are at the bottom of the barrel. GoodbyeStarbucks! Read more

I love THIS Starbucks! It's been my "home store" for many years. Truth be told, I'm a P.I.T.A. I have bad service in the area,... so my mobile orders always go through 3 minutes before I get there; my drink is entirely developed by customizing an iced quad,and I'm pretty specific with it. BUT, they have NEVER shamed me for putting my order in too late (like Bel Air, MD doesliterally every single time, bc I also have no service there). I always figured having some heads up was better than none? Idk,maybe not? Anyway, they always nail my drink. I've interacted with every member of their team on one occasion or another, andthey're all fantastic. They're professional, knowledgeable, and FAST, but still so personable and friendly! They all deserveraises (yes, literally). By far the best Starbucks, and I've been to hundreds. No one matches their speed, consistency, andmorale. Glen Mills is a close second, but these guys are it for me. Period. Read more

Will the REAL Venti please stand up... Normally, this place get 5 Stars from me However, not this time. My husband and I love... their Guava Black Tea; he prefers extra sugar, while I like it as is. Today he bought himself his usual and went back later topurchase one for me. There was a distinct, noticeable difference in cup size. Not sure if we'll be back. Read more

It is good because it is clean and spacious. But I needed to wait to order even there was no other customer...I didn't want to... interrupt quite a lengthy chat (not related to purchasing coffee nor services) between a staff and a customer while standing byto get welcomed. Read more
